Owen weighed 8 pounds 1 ounce and was 19 1/2" long (for those who like to know ). Mom Ldara is recovering well and so far everyone seems to be healthy. We're glad the day finally came. Now I must take care of our animals and head back to the hospital. See you soon everyone! PS. It's funny to think that the two of us could be a part of something so beautiful. He's really something! So far he's been very well behaved. Not a big crier. As one nurse put it, "he's more of a grunter". To which I responded, "well then we KNOW he's a man, he already speaks the language!" Things will be a tad hectic for us in the next couple weeks, so if we're a bit slow to respond to messages, please bear with us. I'm on about 2 hours of sleep right now. The other good news today is that the DSL switchover went pretty smoothly, though I didn't expect to have to reconfigure it this morning at 7am, when they said it would be done at 5pm.
